No-Show & Cancellation Policy

At SwiftSeal Notary LLC, your time and appointment are important to me. To ensure efficient scheduling and quality service for all clients, the following policies apply:

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.
  
  Rescheduling within 24 hours may also be subject to a new deposit.

• No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify me, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
  

• Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future service or a requirement for full payment upfront.
  

  Deposit Requirement

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your appointment.
  

• The deposit will be applied toward your total service fee.
